u.s. history #2 class work

Thousands of Europeans chose to move to the British colonies. Some for economic reasons and some for freedoms. If you decided to immigrate somewhere, would you move for economic reasons or for freedom?

I would move for freedom reason because some countries do not have the right to do what that want to do that have to go by rules. Their masters might kill them just because and so that mean they might not have any freedom at all. Why would you want to stay some where that do not have no freedom and when you know somewhere that do have freedom? I would not want to live some where that have a lot of killing and other things going on.

  1. Ok. I see what you're saying, and I agree that freedom from bondage would be the number one motivating factor for someone to immigrate. When you say their "masters might kill them" are you referring to slavery? The institution of slavery is illegal all over the world, but that still doesn't mean that people aren't controlled by others.

Some small errors (spelling, grammar, capitalization) that I can help you fix for maximum points. As is 8/10 points for this part of assignment 1.
